In Chapter 36, Elihu presents his summary defense of God's goodness and God's judgement, as he also begins transitioning Job and his three friend's attention from a focus on the faults of their heart, mind, words and character, to a focus on the greatness of God.  Elihu also focuses on the youth with very poignant warning messages.  This summary defense by Elihu sets the stage for his climactic closing remearks where he focuses on the sheer majesty of God in the latter part of Chapter 36 and all of 37.
